Noticed are clothes on all loads regardless of size or amount are still soaking wet. Even doing the Drain and Spin cycle changes nothing. The water seems to flow freely from the machine. However, I now notice that the machine does not spin nearly as fast as it used to when we first bought it. Also, there is a strange fluttering sound when it starts to spin that i don't remember it doing before. Could it be the same issue as MVWX655DW1 Maytag Bravos MCT washer Clothes Still Wet

I have a video attached. Any help would be appreciated and thanks for the help in advance!

Yes, I'd first check the hub, look at my post #4 here:

Your model uses that same exact hub.

Here's the hub for your model:
W10528947 Hub

Here's a video to access/replace it:

Let us know how it goes.

Part arrived today and after tearing into the washer, sure enough, that was the problem. Not even a 2-year-old washer. Guess I need to make sure everyone isn't overloading the washer. Thanks for the help!

Yes, good photo! I see the teeth are grinded bad as well.

Glad to hear the new hub fixed it.(y)

Thanks for the update!

Did you buy the hub from AppliancePartsPros? They have a 365 day warranty on ALL parts.

Ok, then your transmission shaft maybe causing the new hub to strip so soon.

Look here at this thread:

not sure how to go about getting a replacement.
Just contact AppliancePartsPros at 1-877-477-7278 and they will send another one, but if your transmission shaft is as bad as in that other thread, then you'd need a new transmission as well.

Here's the transmission(gearcase) for your model: W11454734 Gearcase
