Good Morning! I am trying to narrow down the E1 F1 fault error. It seems to occur most frequently with the final drain portion of a cycle with the drain pump clicks on. Occurs repeatedly with the rinse, drain, spin cycle. But also, sometimes runs a full program cycle completely through without an issue.

Based on the frequency of occurrence with the draining portion, I looked there first. No clogs drains I could note. Also, worked fine with draining in some portions of the cycles and moved the water out just fine. I did go ahead and replace the drain pump as it was easy and not too costly.

However, I am still getting the same errors at the same frequency. Is there something I should consider before replacing the Electronic Control Board? Noise Filter maybe from the pump starting?

Appreciate any guidance offered! Thank you!

Yes,

F1E1-Pump Driver/Main Relays/EEPROM Error
The pump driver fails to activate/ One of the main relays is not working properly/ A communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU) and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred.

The drain pump should ohm test between 12 to 15 ohms.

Try clearing the error code first, I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below, look on page 5.

Your CCU part number for your mode is:
WPW10459454
