Its out-of-stock everywhere.

I don't know how simple this would be, I haven't needed to replace the wire harness on any Samsung models before. If you plan to do it yourself take photos all where all the wire connectors go before you remove them.:)

I appreciate all of your help. I think at this point, I'm ready to punt. The wire harness is not in stock anywhere and I don't even know if it would solve a problem. I'm done with Samsung appliances. I've read on here that GE is bad news. Is there a particular brand, or group of brands, that is considered to be more reliable? I think I've read negatives on the LG as well. thanks in advance for your opinions.

Yes, all us techs here recommend Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and Amana.

In my house my Range is Maytag, going on 14 years and no problems at all.:)
