I am try to replace the filler tube and heater on my indoor ice maker. I have remove the old filler tube as per instructed with a leader string. When trying to reinstall the new filler tube and heater the leader string came loose in the door so can no longer pull new filler tube through door. Any way to feed the new filler tube through the door or dissemble the door to install it?

I posted that service bulletin in that thread in post #2.

Yikes, not that I'm aware of.

Hopefully another tech or member that's this same problem happen to them can shed some light on it for you.

Do you know the path the filler tube follows? In other words it appears to enter and exit a inlet hole/channel then does it go into a hollow door or does the inlet channel go the entire path like a tube inside a larger tube?

Sorry I don't. I haven't installed this kit before for my local customers.
