No heat from Whirlpool Dryer WED4815EW1

Hello all,

As mentioned in the title I'm not getting any heat from my WED4815EW1 dryer. It does turn on, spin, turn off when I open the door, timer works fine. Tested the outlet, it is putting out 240V. Dryer vent/duct is clear. Pulled off the back cover of the dryer and tested continuity on all the things that I could find from my google search (heating element, thermal fuse, hi limit thermostat, thermal cut off) and all passed. Anything else I should check? Should I just start replacing those parts and see what works? Perhaps I have wired it wrong (4 prong outlet, picture below)?

Your pic looks wired ok but you will need a cable connector.

Is this a new installation?
220-240 volts ac from red to black. 110-120 volts ac from red or black to white.
