Refrigerator won' get cold enough. Middle drawer and freezer are working fine. Called LG support and followed their advice and still have the same problem. Called back and was advised to talk to an LG tech but was never contacted by them. No service people in this area. Any help would would be appreciated.

IF you had it close to 5 years open the back bottom cover and clean the right condenser with a blower it must be very durty with lint and dust. This will cause that issue and also over heating of your compressor and eventually your compressor will go bad. At the same time turn it off for a couple hrs. This will help with defrost in case you have that issue .. when an evaporator gets ice buildup it prevents the air to pass thru and cool down.. Normally its due to a bad defrost sensor or bad defrost heater... if this is the issue disconnecting it for a few hrs will solve the problem for a couple of weeks until a technician is able to replace the bad parts.

I been a tech for 35 years I noticed you mention no technicians in your area... let me know if you are in ventura county. If you are I can help.

Have cleaned the coils and relaced the air filter and water filter. After studying and watching videos of techs, I am of the opinion that it is the fan motor or it is one of the sensors. Question, are all of these in the back of the interior of the unit? Also where do you get your parts?
