FIXED No water coming out of AO Water Heater drain valve

I drained my water heater 6.2022 with no problems after one year new. Lots of calcium deposits flushed out. In draining today only a gush of water came out and then NONE. Repeated steps and had source ON. Still no water. Suspect a corroded drain valve? Thoughts.

I FOUND MY PROBLEM Last year I used one of those shrink back up hoses. The tiny orifices CLOG up immediately with the calcium. I unhooked it and put on a regular hose and worked well! I forgot to add that to my notes of last year. I just added them now for next years drain.
