The washer stopped just short of the end of a cycle and refused to unlock. It clicked a couple of times, but it was locked and would not budge. I purchased a lid lock assembly and strike, installed both, and it would not start. I then purchased and installed a control board. There is a green light glowing on the back of the control board, but the washer still will not start. Any ideas what the problem may be now?

The Green light means its good. I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below.

On the control board--->LED ON – The Control is detecting correct incoming line voltage and the processor is functioning.

You can get into the ACTIVATING THE SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODES and see what fault codes you get, if any.

On Page 2 of your tech. data sheet do: ACTIVATING THE SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODES

Then do FAULT CODE DISPLAY MODE on Page 3--->Then you can see what fault code/codes you are getting on Page 6 and Page 7: FAULT/ERROR CODES

Thank you for the tech sheet. I've been out of town for the last couple days.

I did the diagnostic test, which showed all 5 LEDs lit up (fill, wash, rinse, spin, complete). The chart on page 3 shows "NVH cycle." What does that mean? When looking at the charts in the tech sheet, I don't see an option that has all 5 LEDs lit.

Sorry for the dumb question. In reading your reply, I was hopping from pages 2 and 3 to 6 and 7 and skipped the steps in between. I'll work through the tech sheet and see if I can figure out what's going on. Thanks!
