Hello,
About a month ago, our two year old Samsung NX58H9500WS/AA Gas Stove/Range started to be unable to bake or get up to temperature. When we turn it on, it will light after 20-30 seconds, we get a nice big blue flame! Then the gas slowly lowers down and stays pretty low. We do not hear any pulsing sounds from the valves... just a very low flame.
Broil works perfect. Range top perfect as well. No error codes. No obstructions to the incoming gas line or problems there.
We have already replaced the both igniter and the Assembly gas valve with parts recommended from this site on different threads and had them professionally installed. Both brand new. But the problem has persisted.
We checked the wiring for a loose connection - everything is good. There. Opened the air shutter all the way on the gas pipe.
Only clue we have is that if we bang or press hard on or near the warming drawer heating element, the flame will suddenly get much bigger OR just disappear completely. I can't find a thing online about how the warming drawer heating element might effect the bake gas...
Could it be a bad control board?
Help!
