Replaced the igniter already, I am thinking control board but not sure. I have looked at the trouble shooting section in the service manual and tested pins T503, T504, T505 I am getting 120V on both circuits when set to broil but only 120V between T504-T505 when set on bake.
Also only getting around 40V to oven igniter but the full 120V to the broiler igniter. If anyone has had this problem or if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I get 120V on both circuits for broil but only on T504-T505 when set to bake which seems weird. why would both relays close for broil but only one for bake

Because the control board is bad.

The tech flowchart I have says if you don't get 120 volts at T504-T505(Bake) to replace the control board.

Bad board just replaced it, fixed my issue. I was getting 120V out of both circuits but not at the same time, the service manual doesn't say when to test the circuits or anything or if both have to have the 120V at the same time. Like mentioned above on broil both circuits had 120V but only one circuit had 120V when set to bake.

Excellent, glad to hear the new main control board fixed it. (y)
