I've checked the manual and looked online, even chatted with Samsung, but no answers. There are 3 baking/roasting modes: Bake, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, but unlike every other brand's appliance manual, Samsung does not state which elements and/or fans turn on in which modes. Has anyone figured this out? I imagine how each setting works may also vary depending on whether the flex divider is in or not (of course, standard bake is not available in the top oven with the divider in place, but convection bake is, so what exactly is convection bake in this mode?).
There's also Air Fry and Dehydrate, but again, no explanation in the manual of what the oven actually does in these modes as far as which elements/fans are used.
