Hi again Appliance Blog.com Bloggers,
I have a Panasonic Microwave NN-SN942B 2.2 CU that has stopped working. The time had just disappeared so I reset it.
I opened the door and placed my cup of coffee inside, hit the quick minute button, 1:00 min. came up, the light inside
came on, no noises at all coming from it like it was running, trying to run, clicking nothing, it counted down to :58 seconds,
and the light went off and shut down. Tried again, nothing happened. again, nothing happened. Unplugged it, replugged it in,
still the same 2 second countdown then shuts down. I tried manually entering a time, I tried using the sensor cook,
I tried the defrost, same with all, nothing. No error codes on screen, just the dots across the middle like when you first plug it in.
I know Panasonic is notorious for this, along with a burning rubber or emitting a nauseous smell, but none of that with this one.
It was working fine.....till it didn't. The last Panasonic one I had lasted about ten years. This one about three years.
Any idea's or help would be greatly appreciated.
As always, thanks for all you do to help the little guy get back up and running.
Mike
