PDT785SYNFS GE Dishwasher Water not getting to upper arm of dishwasher.

Top spray arm is not getting water and spinning. I used a security camera inside while it was running to confirm. I took the supply pipe off and there is no clog. I took the diverter cover off and all seemed ok except the diverter disc magnets were a little gunked up. cleaned the magnets and Still not getting water.

What moves the diverter disc?

Could the magnets be worn?

Any other suggestions?

Anyone have a link to the tech service guide for this model.
