PSS27SGNABS GE Arctica - Temperature in Fridge / freezer fluctuating

I have a GE Artica side by side purchased in 2003. The unit will run fine and then the temperature in the freezer will drop from 0 to -5 and the fridge temp goes from 37 to around 45F. Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

At other times the freezer warms to around +8F, then ice begins to melt and food is frosting over.

I ran the diagnostics and all thermistors pass. The communication between the temperature control panel and the dispenser board "Fails".

Any idea what could be happening?

Hi,

A clogged condenser coil can cause temperature fluctuations, have you cleaned the condenser coil in the back of your refrigerator?

If your condenser coil is clean and since your thermistors pass, then it's most likely the motherboard that's causing this problem.
