Yes, looks like the water leak is coming from the back of the water tank where it mounts to the back wall.
Its currently out-of-stock at RepairClinic but in-stock here:

Its fairly easy to replace, but you'll need to pull your refrigerator out from the wall to get access to those back plastic water lines to connect to the new tank.
