Replacing front rollers in Samsung French door refrigerator

Remove the lower grill and use something under the front to hold it off the floor a couple inches. A thick book works. Remove the pins in the center of the rollers and the rollers will drop out.

Thank you very much. Will I need to empty unit of contents or can I do it with food in it?

Either way. You only need to tilt it back about six inches.

Thanks again. No pin clip? I also purchased rear casters as well in case they were bad. Are they replaced same way as they're a different type of caster?

Same way as the front. No clip. Most people roll the machine into place and leave it there. The correct way is to roll it into place then adjust the front support legs down to take the weight of the machine off the rollers. The rear rollers are more heavy duty and the machine is designed to rest on those rollers. At least that's the way most machines are designed. With Samsung all bets are off....Lol.
