Ice maker in refrigerator not making ice. Showing error codes 14C and 39C. There is no water or ice in the ice tray. Tried resetting the ice maker using the test button. Beeps once and nothing happens.

I already had the ice maker replaced because of the frosting issues. Water dispenser has good flow. Is there a service manual to troubleshoot further? Thanks.

Hi, I don't have the service manual for your model, hopefully another tech or member does and can upload it here for you.

Ice maker is making ice, but only dumps it when I hit the reset button. I have replaced the fan, as I had seen that was an option elsewhere, but did not solve the problem.
