Customer stated the user interface control board flashed all lights, and within 48 hours after that the fridge, and freezer both were not cooling
I showed him what diagnostic mode looks like on the user interface, and he did confirm that’s what he saw with the flashings lights.
Testing the unit no error codes present. The fridge, and freezer evap both have a healthy frost pattern. The compressor indicator led on the inverter board shows red indicating appropriate power is being supplied to the compressor, and the compressor is utilizing the power appropriately. Forced mode showed the compressor is operating appropriately at all speeds, and as well the defrost system is functioning as designed. I could not find any ongoing issues with this fridge.
I do wonder about the user interface flashing. I think I’ve seen this before, but I can’t remember the what, or when’s of that situation.

Yes, usually its the dispenser cover assembly, which is the user interface that is the problem when this happens.
