Just picked up a Samsung RF24J9960S4 that previous owner was using up until I got it. At first everything seems ok when plugged in but there are a few strange symptoms:
1) Door alarm goes off despite doors being closed.
2) Wrong temp is displayed for selectable bottom right quadrant of fridge (set to freezer, temp is at 19F).
3) Main fridge set to 37F but displays 42F. Measures as closer to 37F (current thermometer isn't super accurate).

Tech said it was probably the main PCB so I purchased a new one and swapped but issues persist. Help!

Anyone who can shed some light here? We also reached out to techs in the area and none of them work on Samsungs. Lesson learned when buying a fridge I guess :cautious:

Yes, many techs including myself will not work on Samsung products unless there is a video we can follow for replacing parts like Samsung dryer rollers, which I have changed before per the video and it went well.

I would help you if I could, but it sounds like you have multiple problems, and that's even more of a problem.

Hopefully a Samsung Authorized tech can help you out here in our forum when he/she see's this thread.
