Help please. I am in search of a Refrigerator Dispenser Control Board and Panel Assembly that will work on my RF268ABWP/XAA-00. The part number appears to be DA97-05401R for my white fridge but I would take DA97-05401Q (Platinum) or DA97-05364G (Black). All sources say discontinued and no replacement part numbers. Help!

Platinum says on "special Order"....maybe it is still available??

Nothing on eBay Jeff. I assumed the special order was through Samsung but it’s worth a try. Samsung says no stock.

Anyone familiar with their number scheme? The 05401T looks identical to mine with slight changes in the button label text

The part would have to come from their parts channel for sure.

Yes I understand Jeff. It’s just crazy I would have to toss a working refrigerator because of the display. Thanks for your help

I will be blunt....we have to stop giving these companies any of our money and stop buying appliances from them because they are not supporting their products with parts and repair information

Local used appliance shops (should be a few listed in the yellow pages - yes I am that old).
Ebay.
Maybe your old part can be repaired? (unless it is physically broken).
