The freezer side is as cold as it can get (-5), but the food side stays up in the 60's. Is there a service manual I can download?

Did you get the manual OK? Post back what you find. Sounds like a fan problem.

The "buttons" on this fridge are different than the ones shown in the manual. I have four touch pads, not six buttons.

It appears the connections and pin-out on the main board are different from the one in the manual.

I checked for voltages on CN75 (9 pin connector). From pin 1 to pins 2,3,4, I get 8 or 9 volts. From pin 1 to pins 6,7,8 I get about 1 or 2 volts. These are read on a 300V scale. When I open the door and measure on the fan connector (red, white, and black), I get no readings. Does the fan even run with the door open? There's no visible door switch (I think there's a magnet near the hinge).

Sounds like a bad board but I don't have a wiring diagram for that model.

Looks like the voltage is correct. Unplug the machine for more than 5 minutes then restore power.
Comp and all-Fan operate for 5 minutes regardless of the conditions.

I measured again, I get no voltage between CN75 pin 1-3. I press lighting and energy saver for 8 seconds, it immediately begins beeping 22 E.

Of course I may have checked the voltage after the main board had turned it off due to a failed fan.
