Question after I installed my 3rd Ice Maker while the others did not I returned. Finally bought an OEM model, so installed pressed the reset button, and it only produced 2 rounds of ice and stopped. I can see ice in the tray but will drop anything. Getting normal water. Not sure what the problem is or if I call a Tech Appliance guy to come out troubleshoot the issue?

Hi Kenny, I'm attaching your tech. data sheet below. Read where it says--->Heat Release Ice Makers

FREEZER TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED BY THE ICE MAKER
Interior Temperature of the freezer will be set to -14°F until the ice bucket is full. When the ice bucket is full, the freezer will maintain original set temperature. Also, whenever some ice is used, the freezer will again set to -14°F. Selecting "Ice Off” will allow the freezer to be controlled by the set temperature. ***NOTE*** If water is not hooked up, the freezer will always be at –14°F unless “Ice Off” is selected.

Make sure the freezer is getting down to -14 F.
