I just bought RT21M6213SG/AA and it is not getting water to the ice maker. I checked water to the valve and it is getting it. I checked continuity and it is good also. I checked the line to the ice maker from the valve and it is clear. I do t know wha

Call Samsung and set up a warranty service call. Everything is covered for the first year. If you attempt a repair you risk losing your warranty. Now, if you're telling me you just got it installed and connected the water line and there's no ice yet, you need to wait for 24 hours.

Thanks. Have a repair call for two weeks out. Yes it is brand new and have waited 3 days now. Just trying to figure out why it would not be working.

Yes, Rick is correct!

Is water coming out from your water dispenser good and strong? Not dribbling out or weak flow out?

If so, Draw about 10 full glasses of water out from the water dispenser, you may have air in the water lines.

Then its possibly just the electrical connector came off the water inlet valve. I'd check that first.
