FIXED Rusted screw behind bellow on Whirlpool Duet Washer WFW9200SQA12

I have a Whirlpool Duet Washer WFW9200SQA12. Behind the bellow gasket there is the outer tub which stays fixed in place. At the bottom point of the outer tub there are drain holes but there is this rusted flat-head screw there. I can't tell if this is part of the washer itself or some random screw that got stuck here over the years. I can't pull it out with pliers and it's too rusted to unscrew. Is this screw part of the actual design?
