Hi There,
I have a Samsung dishwasher. Model DW80R7060UG. Im getting the error code 5C. I've replaced the drain pump and first section of the drain hose (with the little check valve in it) that connects to the pump. I've also cleared out the sump and the filter and made sure there are no clogs in the drain hose or air gap. I can see that the water is draining just fine into the garbage disposal and there is a minimal amount of water left in the bottom of the sum (a few ounces maybe) and yet I'm still getting the error code. When i put it in test mode, it fails every time, giving me the 5C error code, but when i set to rinse only(14 min cycle), it fails about 60% of the time. The other 40%, it completes the cycle like normal.
What would be my next step?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
