Donated Samsung dryer DV218AEW/XAAvv and I am trying to fix it to give away. Control panel energizes, door safety switch makes, 220v (and 110 to white checked). Hit start and it says it is drying, but the drum doesn't turn at all. Belt is fine and routed fine. I can't find a schematic to see what else to check. ( I am not sure how old this dryer is.) Any ideas?

See the 2009.1 on the model/serial tag? That is the manufacture date. Jan 2009.

Maybe check the thermal fuse on the fan blower housing.

You checked all inside the dryer?
