Samsung Gas Range Oven NX58H5600SS Does Not Reach Desired Temperature

I have a Samsung NX58H5600SS Gas Range Oven that does not go above 265° F even after running for a hour. I tried to unplug my oven for several minutes and turned the breaker on and off and the temperature still won't go over 265° F. I tried see if I could find a diagnostic code as mentioned on https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1314195/Samsung-Nx58h5650ws.html?page=39#manual but the only thing that displays is HO EAA. I could not find out what this error code means. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot even further?
