Hi all,
I bought a used samsung refrigerator and they said the ice maker would freeze and not work. I installed the updated ice maker kit (SAMSUNG DA82-02698A ICE MAKER KIT) and sealed it with the silicone. The ice maker still doesn’t work, when I watch it while resetting it, I see the white arms that eject the ice try to move down to push the ice, but get stuck and struggle to move it. I leveled the refrigerator and have it leaning backward a quarter bubble on the level based on recommendations for Samsung refrigerators. I attached a picture of the ice maker with the cover off. It is full of ice, but the arms can’t eject it. Any ideas? Is it possible I got a defective ice maker in the repair kit?
