Our Samsung Induction NE597N0PBSR/AA all a sudden popped the "to" error when trying to turn on the induction element.
I looked up and all it says is sensor. Unplugged it for 3 minutes, doesn't go away.
Only the right rear and left front have this issue, the other two work normally.
Could something be loose that I can try to reconnect?

Hi,

I haven't worked or had training on this model, but I did locate the service manual: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QpiuK5QEhzmv5Cz5dlbRgqeVz_isu3T4/view?usp=sharing

"to"=Top Sensor Open Error (Sensor-Top)
It occurs due to a defective sensor, misplaced wires, a defective PCB and when A/D value of when MICRON senses rises over 252
Also, it may occur when the ambient temperature falls under -10 degrees C.

--->Look on Page 51 in the service manual.
--->Page 71 shows what it should ohm test at--->at room temp. 7.65k ohms to 9.34k ohms.

Make sure you disconnect power to your range FIRST, if you plan on fixing it yourself.

Here's the Top Sensor for your model: Sensor-TOP;IP3 All Model DG32-00005D
