On bake this range switches between powering the bake and then broil elements every 30 seconds and never hits temperature. I metered the amps on each element and they both get hot and draw apprx 10-14 amps one at a time for about 30 seconds over and over. When preheat ends it beeps and says 350 but its actually about 300.

I replaced the control board DE94-03926B PCB-EEPROM purchased at Reliable) and it still behaves the same way.

I can't find any reference to this behavior, I'm thinking out of box failure for the board I bought?

Any ideas?

Pull the range out from the wall, then unplug the range, then remove the back access panel and measure the resistance of the oven sensor with an ohmmeter. It should be about 1050 to 1100 ohms at room temperature.

Here's the oven sensor for your model:
Temperature Sensor DG32-00002B

This video shows you how to ohm test the oven sensor:

Let us know how it goes.

Ok, then I'm not sure what else could cause this problem, unless it is a defective board you got.

Swapping between bake/broil elements is normal. Not reaching temperature may indicate failure of the control board. Yes on occasion a new board will also be defective but more likely another component, like wiring, or bake element.

Glad to hear the new board fixed it.(y)

Thanks for the update!
