Samsung Not Draining Unless Drained From the small drain hose in the front right lower corner

My Samsung washing machine (Model# WF218ANW/XAA) will not spin or drain unless I manually drain it using the pump located in the right lower corner of the front of the machine. It stops at every drain cycle. This is really wearing on me! I have replaced the drain pump, checked hoses for congestion, checked to be sure it was level, replaced the door latch. I am tired of fighting and really need some help from my fellow blog friends...please help!!

A washer cannot spin if it cannot drain.

I have replaced the drain pump

Is the drain pump getting power?...running?

checked hoses for congestion

To and from the drain pump? Between the tubs?

Between the tubs?

Yes...sock, coin or such can get between the tubs and prevent water flow.
Often can peek through the holes with a flash light.
