My Samsung NE58F9710WS oven turns off with no notice while in use. It started happening while it was still quite new, but the first time or two I assumed I had accidentally turned it off myself somehow. I don't use it heavily, but I use it regularly enough. It probably has happened once or twice a year since we bought it (2012 or 2013). Yesterday it turned itself off 3 times while trying to bake one batch of cookies. I had to bake the last two sheets in my counter top Ninja oven.

I have seen other posts where either 1) the problem starts out of nowhere and is consistently an issue from that point forward and/or 2) the control panel goes dark when the oven cuts out. Neither of those is the case for me.

Any thoughts?

So what your saying is when its on something like BAKE 350 it stops heating but the display is still saying BAKE 350?

If that's the case, usually the cause of that is the control board relay sticking off and not coming back on.

The manufacturer has replaced part number DE92-02439G with part number DE92-03960G.

Yes, the display stays on but the oven has stopped heating. I am honestly not sure if it still says BAKE 350, honestly, but the screen is still on. I will check out that part, thank you!!

When I go to the page in the link provided, it says that neither of those parts don't fit my oven. When I look for DE92-02439G it doesn't seem to indicate it has been replaced with a DE92-03960G. The cross reference section on the page for DE92-02439G says 'Part Number DE92-02439G (AP5800583) replaces PS8764721.' There is no cross reference section for DE92-03960G.

I just want to confirm before I buy. Thank you!

You're welcome, the reason AppliancePartsPros said it was not compatible is because their site takes time to update the new part number to the model number. But it should work for your model.
