My 3-Y old Samsung NX58H9500WS is doing the same thing as described in another message.

All digital buttons work. Oven works. But when you turn the oven on, the blue oven display with temp reading does not come on anymore. See video.

If the replacement part is a new assembly module, great! At least I know what to buy.

How do I get the old one out and new one in? I can’t find any YouTube videos demonstrating this for this kind of model (only the kind with the board at the back of the range).

Thanks,
Sarah

1. Remove the 6 surface unit knobs from the console

2. Remove 2 screws from the each 5 knob holders except for the warmer holder.

3. Open the Door and Remove 4 screws from the bottom of console assembly.

4. Lift the console assy slightly to separate from the range.

5. Disconnect 3 wire connectors from the console

6. Remove the console assy from the range.

Thank you!! I had no idea screws were there... I am going to open it up and check the connections before I order the new part. I got a $700 quote from the appliance repair guy. :(

Hey Rick, this obviously isn't your first rodeo. I have the same problem, touchpad works but no LED display for the clock, temperature, etc. Could it be anything other than the Display Assembly DE96-01050C ? I unplugged it once before and several days later the LED display magically reappeared. Could it be corrosion on the ribbon connectors or simply needs to be replaced? NX58H9500WS/AC
