Water / Ice forms below cool select pantry. Funny enough it seems in the winter it's water and summer its ice. I clean it out monthly. During the warranty period we had it serviced. I believe they replaced some parts but I'm not sure. It fridge is 5 years old so I feel like it's got some life left in it. Reviewing the forums it seems as I need to do 1 or 2 things:

1) Defrost drain which is probably frozen over --- but will it freeze up again?
2) Replace or add in heating element to drain tube so it doesn't freeze again --- but not sure if this applies to my fridge or situation.

Any help, direction & guidance would be appreciated.

So I checked all the drain tube. I've got 3. 2 are for the ice makers I'm guessing and the other is the "main" perhaps? The white ice maker ones (L and R sides) were pretty clean/clear. The middle one, which I'm guessing is the main did have a bit of build-up/gunk. I cleaned them all out and water was flowing through them decent enough (not sure how much "flow" they really get).

Hopefully the gunk and build-up in the black middle one was my issue. If it doesn't fix my problem, I really don't think replacing the drain tube will help and I think I have a problem somewhere else. Perhaps where the water drains down into the tube is blocked/frozen over like I've read. What would be my next step if this doesn't fit it?

Thanks again!

It's usually the black rubber nipple at the end of the drain tube that is the culprit, I just remove black rubber nipple completely and throw it in the trash and no more problems.:)

So those drain tube were NOT the culprit unfortunately. I have a pool of water under my pantry select drawer 4 days after clearing those tubes out completely. What's the next step?

I have no clue what else could be causing this. I've never ran into the problem you are having before, without it being the black rubber nipple.

Hopefully another tech. that knows can help you. Other than that, you'd need to contact Samsung to come out and see what's going on if another tech. does not reply.

Had a tech come out. The drain port wasn't clogged behind coils in fridge. The screw (bottom middle) that holds that panel on has pierced thru and water is coming through the screw hole. He said is not repairable and had no clue what do to. Buy a new fridge or mop up the water every week or two. ***Sigh***

Ok, thanks for the update!

That's a very unusual situation for sure.
