Samsung Refrigerator RF28HFEDTSR - bottom freezer, ice maker not working

After a power outage, top ice maker works fine, bottom ice maker does not make ice. (before outage, was bottom ice maker was fine.). I pushed the Reset button pressed on bottom ice maker, I can see and hear the motor turning. confirmation Chime bell at end. YET, No ice produced. Any ideas?

Does the ice maker have ice in the tray or is it dry?

If dry, I'd first check your ice maker fill tube to make sure its not frozen. When you click the link to the ice maker fill tube heater below, you will see a HOW TO access video to remove it and check for ice blockage.

If the ice maker tray is getting water and its turning to ice but not dumping the ice, the problem is the ice maker.
