Good Afternoon,
This morning, our Samsung fridge decided to stop dispensing water from the water dispenser (again).
The dispenser has been working fine since we bought the fridge brand new from Home Depot in 2016. Then about 3-4 months ago, the water dispenser stopped working. If I remove the filter, the fridge dispenses water just fine. Insert the filter, no water comes out. The first time this happened, it was a couple of days before the water dispenser would work again with the filter in place (we did nothing, it just started working again). The fridge worked for a couple of months just fine until this morning when the water stream pressure slowly dropped until there was no more water coming out. I took the filter out and water flows just fine. Put the filter in, no water.
We have been using generic Home Depot water filters for the last 6 years with no issues until earlier this year.
I have searched the forums and have seen a couple of fixes but nothing specific to our Samsung Fridge.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
