Samsung RF18HFENBSR freezer working but no cooling in fridge

Freezer seems to cool fine (at 0 degree) but fridge is only at 58 degrees when set at 34. After disconnecting the fridge to clean the coils and turned off for an hour, cooling at fridge went down to 45 but then went back up to 58 +. I tried to a force defrost but the display would go blank for a minute the turn back on normally with no FD shown. Before unplugging, I did notice some ice accumulation at some of the small vents in cover at the inside of fridge. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you.

Is the refrigerator section fan motor running?

Also check the refrigerator evaporator coils, we need to see the frost pattern of them.
