Hello, two year old fridge and in bottom right door of 4 door french style the temperature is dropping below zero and freezing food. I have an error code of 31 C. The left and right upper fridge is fine as is the freezer on bottom left. I cannot find anything on the web to help. Prior to reaching out to Samsung i am seeking the experts to help me. Thanks in advance. C

Measure the voltage on the MAIN PCB CN76 1-5 : should be between 7V~12V.

Sure, what sensor do you want to replace and I'll give you a link. It probably won't fix the problem but you'll have a new sensor...lol

31 C or E - One of these error codes is displayed in case of a feedback signal line contact error, a motor wire separation or a motor error when the fan motor starts to run.
