Samsung RF263BEAESR/AA freezing fresh food in refrigerator

Samsung RF263BEAESR/AA Keeps freezing food in refrigerator compartment. No ice build up on coils, have replace the temperature sensor, bimetal thermostat and dampner and sensor and still same issue. temp is flashing at 44 deg, unplugging does not help. Thermometers that i place on shelves read 28-30 degrees. Totally baffeled.

I am having the same problem. Replaced sensor, temp staying in the 20s. I have been having the problem with the ice maker as well, frig now 5 years old and out of warranty. Freezer works fine.
