So this has been happening for about a week.
I have ordered and changed the thermostat in the back of the refrigerator:

On the touch screen I have the temp set to it’s warmest of 44 but my own thermostat inside tells me the fridge is down at 20. The temp reading on the touchscreen says the fridge is at 44, which I know it’s not.
I’ve checked to see if the auto damper is staying open in the cool tray, it is not.
I’ve checked all the basic things I can think (cleaned coils a week ago, they were dirty, checked seals....).
The fan is definitely not running all the time, it’s turned off but comes on if I press power cool.
Is there another thermostat?
Any help would be so appreciated!
Thanks
James
