My daughter's Samsung RF266AERS/XAA-01 Freezer section not cooling. No ice buildup, no error messages. Reset procedure multiple times. Cannot find any like problems, online. A temp sensor was hanging from ceiling of freezer section, but did not appear to be damaged. Should I replace that sensor or, maybe control board on back of the unit? The unit has french doors without tru-door ice. The unit features a twin cooling system. Thank you

Is the compressor running?

Pull the refrigerator out from the wall, and remove the back access panel and put your hand on the top of the compressor to see if its warm/vibrating.

Also check to see if the condenser fan motor(next to the compressor) is running.

if you have a twin cooling and running with one compressor a chance valve is faulty
