Our Samsung RF28K9070SR/AA freezer stopped working right after the 5 years warranty expired.
We called Samsung and they sent in a tech to check it.
The report stated that Sealed System Low Gas rf134a cx.
They told us it cannot be fixed. When we called again, they told us there is no one can fix the problem in our area (San Francisco CA).
Is the problem same as Sealed System Failure? I read a lot of similar posts from your Forums with that problem, and you are suggested to replace a new one instead of fixing it.
What is your advise for my case?
