FIXED Samsung RF4287HARS/XAA Ice maker not getting water

I unplugged my fridge and disconnected the water line several months ago to start a home remodel. I plugged the fridge back in with no water supply line for several months. After my kitchen was completed I reconnected the water line. The problem is I get water at the door but no water to the ice maker. I have done numerous resets with no luck. Pulled the ice maker and auger and everything looks fine. It acts like it got turned off and wont come back on.

Hi Jake, I saw that previous post and purchased a new i e maker. I just installed it and hit the reset button. I waited 2 hours and never heard the water at all. Still no ice.

At what point is the ice tray level arm supposed to come down? It has not come down at all. When you push the reset button should you see anything other than hearing the chime? I hear the chime but thats it.

Does Ice Maker rotate when pressing the Ice Maker testing switch(over 1.5 sec)?

IF NO:
1) Replace the Ice Maker Kit
2) Check/Replace the Main PCB input signal
(Micom IC01 Pin #37 - “0V”)

So you either have a bad ice maker, or the MAIN PCB is bad.

Your missing the rest of your model number, that's very important because it tells you which MAIN PCB is for your model.

RF4287HARS/XAA-0001 uses this one:
DA92-00233D

Hey Jake, Good news! I installed the new icemaker yesterday evening and never heard it make ice. I went back today to continue troubleshooting and found a full tray of ice. I dumped that tray and heard it making more. Thanks for all of the help!!!
