When I first got my Samsung washer model number WF457ARGSGR/A2 the whole touchscreen worked properly. As in every inch of the screen was responsive. But now the top left of the screen is the only part that is responsive. Roughly 1' 1/2×1'1/2 spot, which makes 90% of it's capabilities useless. I can't find many if any forums on this issue.
I have unplugged the washer to try to reset anything for 10minutes, but that doesn't help.
I know I can't be the only person having this issue. Help please!
