Hello,

I have an issue with water not draining and removed pump for inspection. It tested 14ohms and seems to be turning properly. Is it possible it is still defective? Drain lines are free of blockages. Going to reconnect and test voltage.

Hi, I always check for 120 volts at the drain pump electrical connector terminals when it should be draining. If your meter reads 120 volts to it and its not running, then its bad.
