My washer is basically doing what the title suggests. I have a video for reference with the noise as well. It seems to only squeal during high speed spinning. It sounds find during slower spinning. When the clothes come out, they are much wetter than when it was working properly. They take about 2x the time to dry now in the dryer.

Any ideas on specifically what the issue might be?

Sounds like possibly your Flange Shaft(aka spider arm support) is cracked or broken.

Here's another member that had this similar issue:

You'd have to remove the inner spin tub and see if its cracked or broken. Its a huge job to do, allow yourself a few hours if you decide to fix it.

Hi Jake. Very interesting. I have a friend with the same washer. He replaced that part on his a few years ago but his was shaking vigorously. Is the squealing the same thing?
Thanks!

Hi Jake!
I took it apart and the spider bolt looks solid. I tapped on it with a hammer on the edges and center area and it sounds solid.

The drum bearings appear okay. The bearings are moving smoothly to the touch.

Any ideas?

Glad you found the crack in the Flange Shaft(aka spider arm support).(y)

Here's the Flange Shaft assembly(aka spider arm support) for your model, in case others need it too:

There video should give the general idea of how to access/replace it:
