I have a Samsung WF45M5500A front load washer that was purchased in Nov 2017 that is not finishing the spin cycle. It started out just spinning forever and leaving us with really dry clothes. Then it stopped spinning really - it doesn't get up to a fast spin - and it leaves the clothes soaking wet, and sometimes does not even finish the cycle (we end up having to turn it off and wring out the wet clothes). We have replaced the drain pump and recalibrated the machine. Our next step is to use the multimeter to check the stator and the hall sensor. I should also mention that there is not an unbalanced load. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
