Sharp Microwave R-1880LS Are thermal cut-off switches universal?

Are thermal cut-off switches universal? When I search for the part online, all I get is references to other numbered thermal cut-off switches.
Mine are PW-3R R6D. but they have different numbers in the center. 1103, and 1283, Sharp doesn't make a replacement part. All I have found is used ones on ebay.

No. There are different temperature cutoffs.

I do not know what those numbers are, I doubt they're the temperature. I'm afraid I do not know if any of those numbers represent the temperature.
