Hello All.

We have a Bosch SHE3AR72UC, Silence Plus 50db.

Got an error code 24.

Cleaned internal filters (we do that regularly, they were clear), pulled the machine, checked all drain lines, totally clear.

Installed a new drain pump. part 00611332.

Now we get error 25.

Checked the pump cover under the filter, all good, clipped tightly as shown in Bosch customer service announcement that I found on this forum (thanks!!)

Removed pump and reinstalled, removed internal pump cover and reinstalled, same error, 25.

Could it be the sensor, is there one located right above the drain pump?

What would be the next steps towards resolving the issue.

I am not a professional, but have kept many appliances alive via this forum.

Thanks so much for your help again.

Best,

Scott.

Hi Scott,

These two error codes have been very stubborn to get rid of, look here:

Now I did just find a service bulletin on this error code 25, I'm attaching it below.

Hi Jake,

Thanks for that info.

I have read everything on the forum that I could find re these codes, still no luck.

Is it best to post to one of the other threads.

I tried something with the float...

With no water in dishwasher, lifted the float, drain pump ran.

Released the float, drain pump stopped.

Lifted the float again, drain pump ran, released the float, pump kept running, got error code e15.

Thought that might be good news, worst case use the float to empty the dishwasher when trying to run it each time during testing.

So, ran it on a short cycle, coded again, E25, went to lift the pump. It ran, but only for 1-2 sec intervals, 3 times, then wouldn’t run. On powering down the machine, got E15.

The machine is not even two years old. I don’t want to buy a new one, but I don’t know what else to do.

We have done everything in the forums outside of replacing a control board, which I would do if I knew that would fix the problem, but don’t want to spend the money if it’s not gonna fix the machine.

Thanks for your help.

Scott.

Did you check your check valve?

The check valve is underneath the machine where the drain hose connects to the sump.

When you click the check valve part link below, you will see a video of how to remove to see if it's partially clogged up and how to replace it.

Here's the check valve for your model:

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Jake and all,

Switched out the check valve...

Same result.

After running on the Express Wash cycle, stops at 16 minutes, cycles the start of the drain pump motor 3 times, then E25.

We have done all the looking at the filter and cleaning,
removing and making sure drain pump clip is in place properly,
pulling out the machine,
checking all drain hoses,
turning off power,
disconnecting electrical for a period in attempting to reset,
replaced check valve,
installing a new drain pump, pulled up on the float when no water, pump goes, with water pump does not go when pull up on float.

What else could there be?

I have attached a photo of something I think is a sensor related to the drain pump, thought I saw somewhere where this could cause an issue.

Is that the case?

The machine is not 2 years old, so thinking it shouldn't be this hard to fix.

Thanks for your help.

Best,

Scott.

That's all I have Scott, I've never been trained on Bosch Appliances, I'm just going by what others have mentioned for those 2 error codes.

You will likely need to have Bosch come out and fix it for you.
