Hello,

Hoping someone can help with a upper arm spinning problem. I have a bosch 800 series that is not spinning the upper arms, and I have tried all the solutions I have seen online or in these forums. I have cleaned the filters and ensured the arms are not clogged. I have also replaced the circulation pump, diverter valve and it has a newer inlet valve.

I have stopped the dishwasher during a rinse cycle and visualized the supply from the pump and it looks like the diverter valve is not opening to the upper arms. Even after it was replaced. I am not sure where to go from here other than to replace the control module. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I haven't worked on or had any training on Bosch Appliances, hopefully a Bosch tech. can shed some light on this issue.

Other than that its best to Contact Bosch at 1-800-944-2904 to come out.
